Where are my tickets?
Where is the theatre located?
Niagara Falls Magic Theatre is located inside the Comfort Inn The Pointe at 1 Prospect Street, Niagara Falls, USA. Our main entrance is on the Old Main Street side of the Comfort Inn, next to "Snack Time." Enter through our main door and head downstairs to the Lower Level.
If you need to use the elevator, please enter through the main lobby doors of the Comfort Inn. Take the elevator down to the lower level and follow the signs to the Niagara Falls Magic Theatre!
Where do I park?
There is paid parking available on site at the Comfort Inn. Please use the QR code found on the signs in the parking lot and use the app to pay. If you have any issues with the app, please go to the front desk at the Comfort Inn lobby and they will be able to assist you.
There is also parking available at the Rainbow Boulevard Garage, One Niagara Welcome Center, and Street Parking.
Is the theatre handicap accessible?
Yes. You may use the Comfort Inn lobby elevator to make your way down to the lower level (LL) and the Niagara Falls Magic Theatre! Please alert the box office at least 24 hours prior to the show if you have any accessibility needs, so we may best accommodate you.

Is the show appropriate for young children?
Absolutely! The show is completely family friendly. Niagara Falls Magic Theatre is perfect for the whole family, couples on a date night, or even a group of friends!
Can I pick my own seats?
Seats will be assigned as best available at the time of purchase and will be given to your party upon arrival! The Niagara Falls Magic Theatre is an intimate venue and there is not a bad seat in the house!
How early should I arrive?
The lobby doors will open 1 hour prior to showtime. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the show begins so you can park, find your seats, and enjoy a beverage and a snack in our Magic Lounge!
Are there food and drink available at the Theatre?
Yes! We offer a variety of candy, snacks, and beverages, including a selection of wine, beer, soda, and water.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes! If you are looking to purchase tickets for a large group, please contact boxoffice@nfmagic.com for a special rate!
Can I get a refund?
No. All sales are final, but we can transfer your tickets to another show up to 24 hours in advance.
