Where are my tickets?

You will receive an email confirmation with your tickets attached. If you haven’t received the confirmation email, please check your spam folder. If you need any further assistance, please contact boxoffice@nfmagic.com and we will be able to assist you!

Where is the theatre located?

Niagara Falls Magic Theatre is located inside the Comfort Inn The Pointe at 1 Prospect Street, Niagara Falls, USA. You can find us on Apple or Google Maps!

Our main entrance is on the Old Main Street side of the Comfort Inn. Enter through our main door and head downstairs to the Lower Level.

If you need to use the elevator, please enter through the main lobby doors of the Comfort Inn. Take the elevator down to the lower level and follow the signs to the Niagara Falls Magic Theatre!

Where do I park?

There is paid parking available on site at the Comfort Inn.

There is also parking available at the Rainbow Boulevard Garage, One Niagara Welcome Center, and Street Parking.

Is the theatre accessible?

Yes. You may use the Comfort Inn lobby elevator to make your way down to the lower level (LL) and the Niagara Falls Magic Theatre! **Please alert the box office** at least 24 hours prior to the show if you have any accessibility needs, so we may best accommodate you.

Is the show family friendly?

Absolutely! The show is completely family friendly. Niagara Falls Magic Theatre is perfect for the whole family, couples on a date night, or even a group of friends!

Can I pick my own seats?

Seats will be assigned upon arrival! The Niagara Falls Magic Theatre is an intimate venue and there is not a bad seat in the house!

Do I need to print my tickets?

You certainly can, but there is no need. Your confirmation email has the tickets attached to it. We can also check you in by name when you arrive.

What time does the show begin?

The show will begin PROMPTLY at the start time on your ticket. Please do not arrive late. Our venue is intimate and you will disturb other guests.

How early should I arrive?

The lobby doors will open 1 hour prior to showtime. We recommend arriving AT LEAST 30 minutes before the show begins so you can park, find your seats, and enjoy a beverage and a snack in our Magic Lounge!

Doors will LOCK from the outside 30 minutes after the show begins, for security purposes, and late comers will not be welcomed.

Are there food and drink available at the Theatre?

Yes! We offer a variety of candy, popcorn, and beverages, including a selection of wine, beer, soda, and water.

Can I get a refund?

No. All sales are final, but we can transfer your tickets to another show up to 24 hours in advance.

Will I be finished with enough time before the fireworks?

Yes! The show will end with plenty of time to find a spot and enjoy the fireworks display over the falls!
